Nikki is one of my dearest friends and one of the most awesome/selfless women I know. She is an amazing wife, mother, friend and daughter. Things have changed quite a bit for Nikki  and her family over the last few years. Just prior to COVID Nikki moved her parents (who are both struggling with Parkinson's Disease) across the country to live with her and her family.

She takes care of all of their needs, as well as raising seven children.

She takes care of all of their needs, as well as raising seven children. While she has a million things on her plate she is always thinking of others. She gives her all to her family and does not expect anything in return. She loves her family more than anything and would do anything for them.
