*We are a nonprofit, and all of our staff members are unpaid volunteers, so after your $650 donation covers the costs of food and supplies for the retreat, any remaining money is used for our service projects.

Why is the $25 non-refundable?Thanks for asking! Any time we refund money, it costs us. Since we are a nonprofit, we try not to waste any of the monies we receive. As such, the $25 non-refundable fee is there to help protect us in the event you need to cancel your registration, to help cover the payment processing fees we are charged when refunding your payment.

How much will it cost?You can attend this year's retreat for just $650 OR if you pay in full by June 1st, you can attend for just $600! Get started and reserve a spot for just $25 today! No need to pay in full to save your seat—you will receive an invoice of your choosing (Early Bird or Standard) via email to pay the remaining balance of your registration. Please note, this $25 donation is nonrefundable and will go towards Sister Project charity work if you are unable to attend. Due dates: June 1st: Early Bird Registration ($50 discount per person) August 28th: Standard Registration (no discount) Rest assured, all monies raised from retreat attendees covers the cost of food, supplies, and service projects—all Sister Project staff are volunteers.

Is there a set schedule for the retreat?We will give you an itinerary when you check-in at the retreat. Other than that the times you need to know are: Retreat starts Thursday 9/18/25 @ 10am Check-in 7:30-9:30am Brunch Buffet served 8-10am Retreat ends Saturday 9/20/25 @ 5pm (final end time is subject to change based on activities being completed)

What are accommodations like?Room assignments will be made closer to the retreat once registration is full, but rest assured you will be sleeping in a BED and will have access to multiple bathrooms with running water and showers. ;) Food is prepared in a commercial kitchen. There will be a place on your final registration form to request roommates, etc.

Do I need to bring food?Nope! We will serve 3 meals a day plus snacks! If you have a favorite something you want to bring, feel free, but we have you covered! Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances that need to be accommodated.

Where is the retreat?The retreat takes place at a property owned by co-founder, Laura Gregory. It is located northeast of Payson, AZ—near Forest Lakes. The address will be provided after registration.

If you are coming and want to bring a friend or family member:
Add as many tickets to your cart as you need! Enter the attendee's email address on their ticket. If you need this to stay secret for now, use your own email address.
If you are not coming and want to send someone: put your information in as the buyer in the first step and add the attendee's info on the ticket information in the next step.
